Nano
I'm a career and pathways coach helping 16-25 year olds discover meaningful pathways into university, work, and life.
Micro
I help young people (16-25) navigate one of life's biggest transitions: figuring out what comes next.
For nine years, I designed and delivered Bright Green Future, the UK's leading environmental careers programme for young people. Over that time worked with 500+ young adults through career exploration, university decision-making, gap year planning, and the transition into meaningful work - always starting with the question: What matters to you?
I'm a trained Co-Active coach based in Barcelona, with experience of teaching at an international school. I now help students gain clarity on their pathways through values-based coaching, strengths exploration, and practical support with the application journey - from choosing universities that align with their values and goals to writing authentic personal statements.
I work 1-2-1 with young people and also offer workshops for schools and parent groups on topics like navigating university choices, gap year planning, and helping your young person find clarity in uncertainty.
Macro
I'm a career coach and facilitator specialising in helping young people (16-25) navigate meaningful transitions into university, work, and adult life.
My Background
For nine years, I led Bright Green Future, the UK's premier environmental careers programme for young adults aged 16-19. Over that time, I worked with 450+ young people from across the UK, holding 1-2-1 coaching conversations, facilitating residential programmes, and supporting them through university applications, apprenticeships, and career exploration.
I'm a trained Co-Active Institute coach with experience teaching at international schools (including here in Barcelona), and I've designed personal development and educational programmes for organisations including the University of Bristol and the Centre for Sustainable Energy.
My Approach
I believe the best career decisions start from the inside out: What genuinely matters to you? What are your strengths? What kind of life do you want to create?
Whether it's a 16-year-old feeling overwhelmed by university choices, an 18-year-old considering a gap year, or a 22-year-old stuck between multiple paths, I help young people:
→ Clarify their values and what actually fulfils them
→ Identify their strengths and how to amplify them
→ Explore pathways beyond the "default route" (university, gap years, entrepreneurship, alternative routes)
→ Navigate complex application processes (UK, Spanish, European, US university systems)
→ Build decision-making skills and confidence for navigating an increasingly uncertain world
Who I Work With
I work 1-2-1 with young people navigating university applications, career exploration, or feeling stuck about "what's next." I also offer workshops for international schools, parent groups, and youth organisations.
→ Clarity on pathways: Helping students discover what kind of university, course, or gap year actually fits them (not what they "should" do)
→ Decision-making support: Navigating choices between universities, courses, or alternative routes
→ Personal statement coaching: Writing authentic, compelling statements that reflect who they are (not generic templates)
→ Application journey support: Managing stress, deadlines, and family expectations during the application process
→ Gap year planning: Designing meaningful gap years that build skills and clarity
→ Strengths & values exploration: Using frameworks like the Inner Development Goals and strengths-based assessments
Why This Work Matters
The 20th century pathway of school → university → career → retirement no longer works for most young people or the world around them. The 21st century requires different skills and competencies: navigating uncertainty, making values-based decisions, building resilience, finding peace in uncertainty and meaning in your work.
I help young people develop these skills while supporting them through the very real, practical transitions they're facing right now - whether that's choosing what subjects to study, writing a personal statement, or deciding how to plan a gap year.
If you're a parent of a 16-25 year old navigating these questions, or if you're a young adult reading this yourself - let's talk!
